Add a one-of-a-kind patchwork house border to any skirt or dress you love. The MODICA Patchwork Houses is a standalone add-on pattern, made up of six charming house blocks that you piece together from fabric scraps and stitch onto the hem of your own skirt or dress project.

This pattern does not include a garment pattern. It's designed to be combined with a skirt or dress of your choice, whether that's one of our own patterns or a favourite from your existing wardrobe of makes (initially made for our 66-2 Dress).
